The house has 3 suites, toilet, internet and wifi, full American kitchen, dining room, living room with fireplace, upper balcony. Card room with bathroom, gourmet balcony with table for 12 people, barbecue, pool Igui of 37. 240 lts. Orchard with more than 10 types of fruit. The condominium is 15 km from the Wine Road, 19 km from Ituparanga Dam, 24 km from Sky Mountain. Osato fisherman on the other side of the highway. In addition the condominium has restaurant, child space with dollhouses and toys, tennis courts, basketball, soccer fields. A communal orchard, lake, Kiosk where the famous Julian festival takes place, 24-hour security patrols and celebrations on festive occasions such as Carnival, Easter, Julina's Feast (always on July 1st with giant bonfire), Children's Day, Halloween and New Year fires).
Because it is a closed condominium with motorized monitoring and through cameras, it has very strict security rules, the entrance to the condominium is authorized only with prior authorization, so it is necessary to present a list of guests. The Law of silence is also applied, so we do not rent for wedding parties and big celebrations, only family celebrations and celebrations such as, Mother's Day, parents, Christmas, New Year or anniversary that respect the maximum occupancy limit.
Our services are differentiated, the guest has help at any time if necessary and the maintenance of the external leisure area is daily. Also the trash removal, late check out is allowed so that they can enjoy the day well.

Muito boa hospedagem

A casa é muito bem equipada, tem camas confortaveis, o espaço é bem aconchegante e seguro. A piscina não é muito grande. Mas no geral valeu a pena. Ficamos uma noite só mulheres e criança e ficamos tranquilas pois todas as janelas e portas tem travas e o condominio e super seguro com rondas de moto e carro. Minhas filhas amaram pescar no laguinho e ver os patos. A anfitriã é muito atenciosa.

A casa é uma delícia, super espaçosa, tem parquinho no quintal.. o condomínio é um encanto e tbm tem um parque enorme com lago e patinhos. Lugar Tranquilo e Seguro

Condomínio oferece muita segurança, a proprietária foi muito atenciosa nos passando muitas dicas importantes inclusive da região, a Helena que cuida da propriedade é uma simpatia super atenciosa nos deixando muito à vontade. Minha única recomendação seria fazer um reciclagem dos utensílios de cozinha que já estão bem danificados.

Casa fantásticas

O imóvel é perfeito o condomínio e a localização da casa melhor ainda. Fomos muito bem atendidos pela Proprietária Lee e pela caseira Helena. Minha família curtiu as dependências da casa, enquanto eu utilizava o Wifi para trabalhar e pegou perfeitamente. Pretendo retornar em breve, pois além de ser próximo a SP, nossa família adorou o condomínio!

Ótima opção na região!

Imóvel confortável, caseiros prestativos, proprietária gente-finíssima, e condomínio seguro e bem localizado (a 5min de bons mercados, farmácias e toda infraestrutura de Ibiúna). Pra quem quer se afastar da Capital - "pero no mucho" - é uma excelente pedida! Imóvel muito bem localizado, o condomínio é excelente com muitas atividades para a família. No primeiro dia tivemos um problema com a piscina, mas a proprietária junto à Helena prontamente resolveram e pudemos utilizar normalmente. A Casa é extremamente elegante, ampla e confortável. Foi uma excelente experiência para toda a família. Recomendo!
