The staff are terrific including Diana, Michele, Raoul and Estaban amongst many others. The property is beautiiful. So many birds and flowers. Food was delicious. Highly recommended!

It was the best vacation I have had in years because Las Palmeras Inn is comfortable, clean, affordable, and delicious food. The manager/owner, and his staff are very detailed oriented with the aim to please. It is also a beautiful property with flora and fauna to be enjoyed and appreciated. The grounds are like walking into paradise, with easy access to common areas, and dining room area. I would highly recommend this resort as a five star facility. Bobbie Peters

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The property was beautiful as were the rooms. At night, the staff put hot water bottles in our beds and also built a fire for us. Breakfast was delicious as was dinner the night before.

Pas à la hauteur du prix.

Établissement en retrait mais proche du centre d'Otavalo (moins de 10mn). Le jardin est charmant. Les chambres sont confortables et la notre avait une cheminée. Il a fallu demander à plusieurs reprises les serviettes et l'allumage de la cheminée. Nous avons passé une nuit blanche à cause d'une soirée organisée à proximité dont le bruit était assourdissant.
