it is a 3 bedroom newly built duplex in a quiet and very secured environment. There is DSTV, free parking space with 2 living rooms and all rooms ensuite
The duplex was designed with both local and foreign travellers in mind. It is located in Akobo, off Alao Akala way. Ibadan
Although electricity is very stable, there's a generator there for usage. I will provide the first 25 litres of petrol after that the guest will be responsible for fueling the generator.
Guest staying over one week will get additional 25 litres every week.
