This 2 bedroom home in Hyrum is open, bright, and relaxing with grill and patio, and a community hot tub, pool, and clubhouse 1 block away. Only a 45 minute drive from Bear Lake, nestled conveniently between Blacksmith Fork Canyon and Hyrum State Park, you have access to a sandy beach swimming area and beautiful river trails and picnic spots within only a 5 minute drive from the house.

King bedroom with its own attached full bathroom.
Queen bedroom with a full bathroom just outside, in the hallway.
Sofa sleeper in the living room, queen size mattress.
Super close (1 mile) to Blacksmith Fork Canyon which features hiking and biking trails, picnic spots, river access, etc. Only 45 minutes from Bear Lake and 5 minutes from Hyrum Reservoir for boating, kayaking, beach area, etc. There's a community clubhouse which features a gym, swimming pool, hot tub, and billiards room.
