LE PLAN DU PONT: Ground floor of a Provençal country house with a private pool. 5 bedrooms for 9 people. Comfortable and pleasant to live in the countryside, 15 minutes from the beaches, and 5 minutes from the city center.

Located in a countryside setting while being just a few kilometers from the city center of Hyères and the beaches.

Bastide of approximately 120 sqm. Living room opening onto a large terrace with a view of the countryside. Fully equipped kitchen. 4 large bedrooms, 3 of which have an en-suite bathroom and toilet.

Note: The house is on two levels, but only the ground floor is intended for vacationers. The pool will be shared with the owners if they are in their house during the vacationers' stay.

House amenities: secure parking on the property, free WiFi, pool.

NOTE: The pool will be operational from 29/06 to 07/09.

To be paid on-site: Security deposit of 800€ plus the tourist tax.
