Large living room with TV, dining area, adjoining kitchen fully equipped with oven, microwave, American preservative refrigerator, GAS stove, dishwasher. Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and mini wine cellar. Upstairs: Air-conditioned room opening onto balcony with sea view, with large bed for 2 people. Shower room and WC.
