Just a 5-minute walk from the port of Hyères and only 30 meters from Bona Beach. This supervised beach is well suited for families, with its gradually descending seabed.

The Villa:
Designed on three levels, this villa offers on the garden level, 4 bedrooms:

A first air-conditioned double bedroom, completely independent with a Queensize bed (160*200 cm), a bathroom, and terrace access.
A second air-conditioned double bedroom en suite, with a Kingsize bed (180*200 cm), a bathroom with an Italian shower, all opening onto the terrace and garden with a sea view.
A third air-conditioned double bedroom with a Queensize bed (160*200 cm) and a bathroom with an Italian shower.
A fourth air-conditioned bedroom with a single bed of 90*200 cm and access to the veranda at the rear of the villa.
In the veranda, at your disposal, a washing machine, a dryer, a shower, and a water point.
On the first level, there is a spacious living/dining room, a friendly and airy space with a fully equipped kitchen and utility room, as well as a workspace, all opening onto a breathtaking sea view.

On the top level, access to the rooftop with sun loungers, table and chairs, electric barbecue, parasol, and above all, a 360° panorama of the Golden Islands, the Maures, Fenouillet, and Mont des Oiseaux.

Available for your convenience: high-speed wifi, 2 paddleboards, and 2 bicycles.
Parking for 2 vehicles within the villa's premises.

To be paid on-site: Security deposit of 2000 euros (by credit card, not debited), tourist tax (according to the current rate), end-of-stay cleaning fee of 220 euros.

Bed and bath linen provided upon arrival.

Optional (at an additional cost): Possibility of additional cleaning and linen change during the stay, baby cot, and high chair.
