The breakfast was limited and subpar menu. In addition , room were not upto standard. something wrong with electricity wiring .. it tripped in night few times and I had to ask them to call the electrician few times. in addition the bidet with toilet was leaking .. so every day morning the bathroom was leaky . overall the stay was poor and it needs lot upgrade .. staff has been supportive to come immediately for resolution

The location is excellent. All major companies and offices in Hitech city are within 15 minutes. The staff were great and very helpful. Excellent food with buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. The rooms are old and needs improvement, bathrooms are horrible with poor drainage. ACs make loud noises and was leaking. Needs to improve rooms, HVAC.

Avoidable

This was well managed when it was holiday inn. Now it is owned by the peerless group and it is a disaster. My room lock refused to open. I had to swipe in and out for 15 min each time before it opened. The toilet floods when having a bath and water flows into your room. I almost slipped and fell, not noticing the water accumulated in the bedroom. Food is just average. Walls and stairs are stained and smelly. Serious revamp needed.

Nice place for the price paid but some improvement needed on the cleaniness of the rooms and the towels and bed spreads.Also the responses from the staff needs improvement.
