Had stayed here in the month of January for couple of nights, this review tries to portray a picture as real as possible, but overall the experience was not-so-great. Let's talk about the positives first: The location is convenient, near to the railway station and centrally located. All the places that you would want to hit in Hyderabad are easily accessible. If you want to do some street-shopping then even that is possible here. The rooms are spacious, with ample room for moving around inspite of having a double bed in the room along with a writing table. It also has a little free space to entertain guests if you have them. There's also an in-house travel desk. That's about it. Let me highlight the negatives, hoping that the management would take a look at it a take it as a constructive criticism. The rooms are dirty, I found cockroaches in the bathroom on. Unacceptable. The staff at the front-desk does not seem to be friendly. We had to request twice / thrice for the TV remote to be located, as it was not in the room. It was lent to a room that was occupied. The restaurant is non-existant. You will get a choice of breakfast in the morning, but it is pretty standard fare. You might also be redirected to a joint (looks-like a road-side joint) connected to the hotel rather than the restaurant. We had to make do with warm-ish wada-sambar and associated stuff with lukewarm tea / coffee. The restaurant also has a very rundown appearance to it. You would struggle to bring yourself to eat here. Overall experience was not really very pleasant. It was OK, nothing more than that.
It's very centrally located. Is neat and clean and pretty comfortable as far as budget hotels go. The food was average too. Room service is good and the rooms spacious. As its a budget hotel don't expect luxury but it's okay for a few nights
I had long stay in this hotel. You can get a good parking space which is usually difficult to find in main city area. Train station as well access to the old city is very easy. Giving three ratings only because they have stopped the complimentary Breakfast which was very good.
Executive rooms are big but house keeping is worst . there are small cockroach in bathroom. Rooms are not maintained properly . wifi connection in room is very low. Only Breakfast is good. I will not recommend this hotel to stay
Good Rooms especially all the Executive and other rooms, very good service , best price and best hotel . This hotel is very near to all monuments and shopping areas easy to access from the all the routes.
This hotel is on the verge of closure. The rooms are good but not maintained. They claim to have hot running water but u will have to be after them to for an hour when they will start the running hot water. This hotel can be an option only if u dont have any other place to check in.
ihave stayed in this hotel recently with my family 4 members , the hotel ambiance is good and its near to all monuments and shopping area .. but the overall building was old ambiance .. The staff was soo polite and good ... especially front office staff Mr. Sudipto and simhadri both are helping and serving ... The buffet Breakfast was not soo good , but it was good ,( According to Price ), it was cheap and best .., if we take out side of HOTEL its very expensive and not Hygienic.. Overall my stay was HAppy ...
If you are planning to stay here, be prepared to have filth spread around you in restaurant, rooms, washrooms, lifts. The staff and manager are least bothered to make your stay a pleasant one and are rude in every aspect. Of the two lifts the hotel have, they will only run one and cause major inconvenience to the customers. If you run out of luck, you will have to wait 15mins for the lift to arrive. This is something really bizzare and rude for families staying with senior citizens here. Restaurant is always filthy with food and tissues lying on the floor. Hotel staff doesn't even bother to clean it once also. Food quality is too bad and should be avoided at all costs.
The worst experience ever....regret to have believed the auto driver....didnt know he was getting commission....we had booked in another hotel but the driver brainwashed us about this terrible hotel n we even paid for 4 nights in advance....the cold n rather stupid receptionists (2 stupid men in black suits)cheated us even after agreeing the previous day to return one nights pay as we checked out after 3 nights....they behaved rather badly n acted as jailors....the worst part was even after souch the rooms n bathrooms were very dirty..a/c wasn't working...the bed sheets n pillows were old n dirty n the quilt was old n torn...we couldn't touch anything in that room....please beware of this hotel coz it will spoil ur Hyderabad tour experience....the drivers will take u there for commission so be careful....we have travelled around India n we had very good hotel experience everywhere except here in Hyderabad we were totally cheated....cant imagine how we stayed there....say a big NO to hotel mandakini jaya international.... A
The washbasin tap was dripping non- stop. The toilet walls was not cleaned for a long time. Very minimal toiletries. The bed was comfortable but the sheets looked very old and worn out. The breakfast was also ok, nothing great !
