Though the property looks quite good and not very cheap either, the overall quality of room, hygiene and service was bad. Rooms had lot of issues including cleanliness, the major put off was the bad condition of walls, bathroom and very basic things like the bed and chairs. Also, the towels and bed linens were not really in good condition either. There were issues of cockroaches in the cupboard and door lock issues. The only saving grace was the food. overall the spread and quality of food was good except few items. For someone going for a US visa interview, it will be a good option due to the proximity. otherwise, not really a good option for business people. Not at all upto the mark.

Walkable to U.S. consulate. We stayed here as we opted for early visa stamping. Found everything good. Staff very cooperative helped us for early check in. Good was ok not as per hyderabad style. Rooms spacious , go for top floor. Wi-Fi interupts frequently. Location issue. But over all we had great experience.

This hotel is one of the best choice especially if you are going for a US/Canada visa interview at Hyderabad. It is at a walking distance to US Embassy. The service is OK and the food is good. The rooms are maintained well.

Be sure of location - entry to Hotel is from Chiran Fort Club Lane side. Google maps show from narrow streets - maybe shortest path :) First look - 4/5 Rooms - 3/5 Service - 4/5 Food - 1/5 Facility & Amenities - 3/5 Hotel has two restaurants. One serving buffet on the ground floor with average food quality and above average food menu. Other on terrace with al-carte menu and poor food.

We had booked a Hazel Suite through makemytrip.com with a bathtub. On our arrival, we were asked incase we want to check the room, something triggered us so we said ok, after checking the room, we were told the bathtub rooms are occupied and they will give the duplex hazel suite which we didnt wanted. So we asked him to speak to his manager. he did it. Mr. Sunil - his manager came and told us that it was pre booked and he cannot provide us due to a function, but will upgrade it to president suite or whatever the name it has which is bigger than hazel suite. When i said we want see the rooms, I could see his irritation that we asked to check the room. Still we saw the room and were told first day we will be in Hazel Suite and second day they will shift us to the upgraded down, which he thought in his word "Madam, I am not downgrading your booking, see I am giving you another bigger room next morning. Sorry Mr. Sunil from the day 1 we knew you were merely giving false assurance and as it we didnt wanted a bigger room than Hazel Suite. But to check the next day we asked the reception in room and afternoon but we were told that the bigger room is in maintenance and they will give it to us "be assured". So for such assurances and for thinking the customer is fool and will fall in your false promises/trap I can give you only 1 star. though we were given a room as per our booking, dont know how it was now made available to us which was OCCUPIED otherwise. MR. SUNIL, WE KNEW FROM the DAY ONE THAT YOU HAD NO INTENTION TO SHIFT US TO ANOTHER ROOM, PLEASE DONT MAKE SUCH FALSE PROMISES (WHICH WE KNEW WERE FALSE) WHICH ARE NOT IN YOUR CAPACITY TO FULFILL AS WE DONT LOSE ANYTHING BUT YOUR SO CALLED 4 STAR HOTEL WILL LOSE, WHICH PERSONALLY ITSNT MORE THAN A 3 STAR HOTEL. HAD MR. SUNIL AND HIS STAFF AT THE RECEPTION NOT MADE A MOCKERY OF THEIR SELVES THE STAY WOULD HAVE BEEN GOOD. The Hazel suite was big room, the house keeping staff was good, the room service is good, the breakfast spread is fine but the service is very very slow, they dont reply to emails on time rather i am still to receive the reply and yes its delivered to your inbox . Guys you need lot of improvement. i do not recommend this place due to our experience as a place were you are made to ride up and down just for a room after travelling all the way from Mumbai and the staff behavior, slow services. BUT YES ITS NO MORE FERN ANYWHERE DUE TO HYD FERN.

Stayed here last week.Very average in terms of quality of room,service and staff.The electicals were not working.Every time you call the staff it took long to get these fixed.Meals were reasonable.Ambiance very average

This was located in a very calm place in begumpet and with good facilities and nearer to passport office.The ambience is extraordinary and good taste was also awesome.The stay was perfect and will surely be here once again if iam nearer to begumpet.preferred for anyone.

I hosted for one night in this hotel. It's really good and beautifull hotel. I recommend this Hotel for family because very safe and secure hotel. Rooms are very neat. Food is excellent and restaurant service is superb. Overall is very good.

We are here to stay in the hotel with group of 45 pax they stay was super and love to stay here back and foods was super and recommend to all....had a wonderful stay and ambiences was too good swimming pool is great
