Everything was a problem since the beginning. We had booked the place for 15 days (two rooms), believe me the staff is not responsive, no towels, no nothing in terms of facility. Breakfast was of poor quality, no proper room service, no proper cleaning service. Staff blames Expedia, but they are themselves to blame. They charge double the amount and give poor service to NRI customers. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

SAFETY ALERT: Avoid this hotel, especially solo travelers! My stay at FabHotel Cinco Primera was a complete disaster and a major safety concern. • Security Breach: A random guest kept knocking on my door. When I called reception, the staff member left while the stranger was still there, leaving me to be questioned by him. I felt completely unsafe as a solo traveler. • Maintenance: The TV had a shattered screen and didn't work. The room had a foul smell that was never addressed despite multiple requests. • Hygiene: Housekeeping was never offered or provided during my entire stay. • Service: Staff is unresponsive and there is a major language barrier that prevents them from assisting with basic safety issues.
