Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
this is by far the worse hotels i have ever stayed. the room does not have basic amenities.the shampoo is clinic pouch, soap is medimix and smaller than a match box , no iron box, no hair dryer, the door is hard to close and lock and doesnt open, room is so dirty. the bedsheets are so bad. hotels dot com has charged me for breakfast and said this hotel is equiped with complimentary breakfast. there is not breakfast, after me asking for breakfast, they sent the most baddest mushy dosa for 2 days out of 5 nights and thats it. no coffee, no tea. shame on both hotels.com and this bloody fab hotel management. the bedsheets were smelling and pillow covers were black. i was so upset and made them change to new ones.i will never ever suggest hotels website or fab hotel to anyone.
