This 5BR/2.5BA Hyannis beach house offers spectacular views of both sunrise and sunset. Relax on the deck and watch the island ferries shuttling passengers to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard.

Enjoy the 3-minute walk to Kalmus Beach, or head to the vibrant Hyannis Harbor (only a mile away). This house is the perfect base for your Cape Cod vacation!

LIVING AREAS

The spacious living room offers a comfy couch, love seat, and armchair. Relax in front of the 55” HDTV with cable and Netflix access.

The adjacent sunroom features a love seat and rocking chair surrounded by windows. Unwind with a good book and take in glimpses of the water.

A corner table with seating for four serves as a breakfast nook -- great for coffee and games.

KITCHEN & DINING

The well-stocked kitchen is equipped with a full suite of appliances and everything you’ll need to prepare home-cooked meals. You’ll have plenty of counter space as well as bar seating for two.

When dinner is ready, the large dining table has seating for eight. A skylight and expansive windows overlooking the ocean make dinner here feel like a night out.

BED & BATH

This two-story home sleeps eight guests in five bedrooms.

On the ground floor, the master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a reading chair. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower and separate jetted tub.

Upstairs, the second bedroom has a twin-over-twin bunk bed and an additional twin bed.

The third bedroom has two full-size “Sleep Number' beds and a 42” HDTV. A sliding door leads to a balcony with magnificent water views.

The fourth bedroom is equipped with a queen-size “Sleep Number” bed and access to the balcony.

The fifth bedroom features a new King size bed.

The upstairs bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and an abundance of natural light.

OUTDOOR AREAS

Enjoy views of the marsh from the welcoming back deck, furnished with a gas grill, a table, and seating for eight.

Upstairs, two bedrooms have access to a private balcony.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and off-street parking for four cars.

Please note: A/C splits have been added to each bedroom along with the main living area.

There is a shed next to the garage where guests can find outdoor games and some outdoor/beach toys for children to use as well beach/lawn chairs.

THE LOCATION

Sip morning coffee from the deck and watch ferries heading to Nantucket and Martha’s Vineyard.

Hyannis Harbor is a few minutes’ drive or a mile walk. Kalmus Beach, which has public restrooms and a snack bar, is just 3 minutes walk away. There are two sides to this beach. The Nantucket Sound side offers swimming, lounging on the sand, volleyball, or even kitesurfing or windsurfing. The harbor side is often favored by families and offer views of Lewis Bay.

The downtown area is just a little further beyond the harbor and has plenty of restaurants and shopping. Get a history lesson at the Cape Cod Maritime Museum or browse the John F. Kennedy Museum collection.

Super view and location!

The house was so convenient to walking on the beach, eating downtown, catching ferries, going to little shops or museums... The view from the upper deck was spectacular for sunrise or sunset. It was wonderful, even in the off season!

Great Girls' Getaway

This was our first time visiting Cape Cod. We were on a girls' long weekend vacation. The location of the property was perfect. It was a quick and easy drive to go to town and catch the ferry to Martha's Vineyard and have dinner at amazing restaurants (Black Cat and Anejo were our favorites). It was nice to be located mid-cape so we could do day trips to Provincetown and Plymouth. The house was clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of room. It was nice to have one bedroom on the main level as one of our gals had an injury that made it hard for her to go up the steps. The bedrooms were spacious. The upstairs bathroom was small but clean. The deck provided amazing views! The beach is a close walk. Even though it wasn't beach weather, we still enjoyed walking on the beach and taking in the views. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The decor was tasteful and made the place feel cozy. We would highly recommend.

Quaint & Nautical Cape Cod Home

I recently stayed in this home with 6 other friends for a long weekend together. It served as the perfect home base for our trip! The first floor – with a large living room, dining room, and kitchen – was decorated with fun, nautical decor. The space was perfect for gathering and hanging out. The kitchen was well stocked - the only things we brought were a blender, paper goods, and food. Bedrooms had very comfortable beds and fresh, white bedding. The upstairs bathroom was small, but we made due. The balcony overlooking the ocean and proximity to the beach was the icing on the cake. Hope to return in the future!

Ideal Cape location, great house

We had three generations staying at this house in Hyannis. It is a very short walk to Kalmus Beach and you can see the ocean and feel the breeze from the house. The main living space was great for all 7 of us, the kitchen was just the right size and very well stocked with plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets and cooking utensils. Linens ( and beach towels) were included which is a plus when packing space is at a premium. The back deck had enough seating for us and we enjoyed spending time outside. There were plenty of beach chairs, two umbrellas, beach toys and games and even a cart to drag all of our stuff to the beach. The house was about a mile from the ferry landing and a little more to Main Street. A short drive to multiple grocery stores including Trader Joe's as well as the Cape Cod Mall. I would definitely recommend this house for anyone who wants an escape to the beach with "real life" close by.

Thanksgiving

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property over Thanksgiving, it was perfect. We were concerned about cooking in a kitchen we weren’t familiar with, but the kitchen was more than well equipped. The house was clean, spacious and easy to get in and out of. The property managers were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking to stay near the beach, regardless of the season.

Great Cape home with a great location!

The house was just as we expected but the location -i.e. proximity to the beach surpassed even our expectations! So nice to walk out and be right at Kalmus! The neighborhood was great - quiet and perfect for walks and bike rides. And even close enough for a walk to the marina / ferries! We would definitely stay here again.

Great Spot!

Extremely positive experience with this house! My family (my husband and I and our two kids) stayed here with my brother and his family (2 adults - 2 kids) for 5 days and were extremely pleased. With 4 bedrooms and lots of beds we had plenty of space for all 8 of us. The house is close proximity to the beach, close to Main St. in Hyannis, close to restaurants/harbor making it a great place to stay. There is a large lot next to the house for the kids to play ball, provided amentities to take to the beach, great decks for viewing the ocean as well as cooking out. Overall great find! We did have a small issue with one of the cleanliness of one of the bedrooms that I attribute to a prior guest- that was quickly responded to from the property management team. Happy with our stay!

But for an initial housekeeping hiccup, it was a fantastic house with all the amenities of home. Location was excellent with a beach down the street, restaurants nearby, and a reasonable distance to anywhere on the Cape.

Quick weekend in Hyannis. House was great, super clean at check in. Zero complaints. Wasn’t really beach season but Kalmus Beach is maybe three minutes away. Would absolutely recommend!

Big enough for two families. Many amenities. Dresser drawers were terrible though. Such a hassle to get clothes. Owner should invest in new ones. Certain difficulties bc we had a toddler- ie no real space outside for him to run around since it was a corner lot and street on 3 of the 4 sides. Close to beach but weren’t terribly impressed with beach but to be fair we go to watch hill Rhode Island quite a bit and the Caribbean twice a year so it’s hard to impress us.

House was exactly as described online. Most importantly, it was immaculate and in the perfect location for easy walks to the beach, biking and getting to town. Water views from second floor decks. The fireworks we saw over the holiday weekend were an added bonus! We hope to be back next year!

Home away from home

This property is modern & includes ALL necessary items that you would have in your own home. The grill came equipped with propane. There is a shed that provided 2 adult beach chairs, 4 kids chairs & 4 boogie boards. The house had endless games & DVD’s should you have a rain day, as well as Netflix. The neighborhood was very quiet & allowed for family bike riding. This property does not disappoint!

The house was perfect for two families of four.

The house was spacious enough indoors and out and was very well thought out in terms of a well stocked kitchen, games, movies and a shed with outdoor games and beach chairs. We were two families of four and we were very comfortable. The house was very clean and the management company was very responsive. The house is in walking distance to a beach and to town which was very convenient and fun for the kids to run ride their bikes around. Great stay!
