Seaside Retreat is a lovely villa located within minutes walk from the famous Hyams Beach and walking trails - and no need to cross the roads to get to the beach! The villa has a split level design with open plan living and accommodates 7 guests (maximum 6 adults) across 3 bedrooms. Perfect for nature lovers, Seaside Retreat has Mother Nature on its doorstep - walking trails, beaches and the fresh sea breeze!

Where will I be?

Seaside Retreat is located at the southern end of the Village, and has direct access to Hyams Beach, renowned for having 'the whitest sand in the world'! Hyams Beach Trail is also minutes from your doorstep. The cafe is a just a short stroll from your doorstep.

Why choose Seaside Retreat?

This lovely, architect-designed villa is a comfortable retreat located next to Hyams Beach. Seaside Retreat is surrounded by native bushland and is peaceful and quiet. You can hear the sound of the ocean from the villa. No need to take the car to the beach as it is just a few minutes stroll down the track. Hyams Beach is perfect for swimming, snorkelling or simply sunbathing. Hyams Beach is the ideal vacation spot for anyone seeking some of the best bright, clear, azure waters Australia has to offer.

How is the property laid out?

Seaside Retreat is the first villa in a small complex of five. Upon entering the villa, a light-filled hallway leads you to the 3 bedrooms - 2 with Queen beds and one with a tri-bunk (double bed with single on top). Maximum 6 adults, please. The main bedroom has an ensuite and the other bathroom and laundry are conveniently located near the other bedrooms. The villa has a split level design with a modern open plan kitchen and dining area overlooking the lounge room. The lounge room is just a few steps down and opens to a small courtyard with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ.

Wi-Fi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

This property includes a TV and DVD player with a large library of movies. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also provided.

Please note however that neither the agency nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the internet is always in service, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If important, please therefore always have a backup plan.

What about outdoors?

Access the beach from the back of the property without needing to cross any roads. There is small courtyard with an outdoor dining setting and BBQ. There is also a small, beautifully landscaped and garden area. The outdoor area is adjacent to the National Park and surrounded by towering, eucalypt trees and native foliage. Colourful parrots and cockatoos are frequent visitors. Relax and listen to the sounds of the ocean while enjoying the natural beauty of the area. There is also an outdoor shower available to rinse off after a visit to the beach.

Keeping warm or keeping cool?

The house is architecturally designed to stay cool and comfortable in the summer and includes ceiling fans in the main bedroom and living area. There is a wall heater in the living room and column heaters in the bedrooms for the cooler
months.

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Seaside Retreat at Hyams Beach supplies linen and towels. However, please bring your own favourite beach towels.

Parking for cars, boats etc.?

Guests have access to a secure, one car garage, and an outdoor visitor car space is available for each unit in the complex. There is also street parking nearby.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Sorry, Seaside Retreat is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet friendly options.

What are the minimum stay rules?

- Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
- Easter: 4 nights
- Long Weekends: 3 nights
- All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
