We stopped over en route to Italy. Whilst only 20 mins from the main highway, you enter the most beautiful tranquil zone. It’s like stepping back in time. The hotel is set High up overlooking plateau below. The rooms are excellent with all the amenities one would expect. The spa is relaxing and clean. Overall, a great choice

Beautiful property in beautiful setting
This is a perfect home base for touring the villages of the Alsace. If you wish to have dinner in the restaurant, it’s best to make reservations when you make your room reservations. The restaurant was sold out the entire length of our stay.

Such a great place to have stayed on our journey through France and on to Como. Spotlessly clean, really well laid out family room. Lovely spa pool area. We had a delicious evening meal and a good breakfast. In fact, we would have happily stayed longer!

Rooms are amazing. We had a room for 4, it has 2 bathrooms. (One on each floor) Wifi not working + pore cellphone connection. Hotel knows that wifi is an issue, but is not solving the problem. Very nice spa and reach breakfast.

hôtel rénové, magnifiques installations neuves... un séjour entre amis très agréable. Un calme absolu autour de nous. Seul bémol: l'insonorisation entre les étages, nous entendions bien les personnes au dessus. Le petit-déjeuner buffet est très complet: salé, sucré, des fruits frais, et même du Crémant pour accompagner le saumon! Les chambres sont neuves, modernes, les lits sont confortables. WC séparé de la salle de bains ce qui est très appréciable. Le bar se situe à l'entrée et la lumière était beaucoup trop forte pour une ambiance de fin de soirée. Heureusement, nous avons pu demander de baisser la lumière. Le service est perfectible. A table, nous étions 8 personnes et comme nous aimons tous boire un verre de vin, le serveur nous a gentiment indiqué que seules 2 bouteilles de vin blanc (que nous avons choisi) étaient fraîches... A 8 personnes, une bouteilles est très vite consommée. Nous trouvons dommage pour un hôtel 4 étoiles de ne pas avoir plus de stock au frais... il serait souhaitable d'avoir un plus grand stock de vin blanc au frais... un investissement pour un plus grande cave à vin ? Le spa est de bonne grandeur, 2 saunas, un hammam et plusieurs douches, le top ! Sinon, tout était parfait. Nous reviendrons volontiers.
