Sandy Toes & Salty Kisses

Peaceful and relaxing unit which is a 2 minute walk to beach and a 5 minute walk to the centre of town. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a lounge room, dining, kitchen and laundry (with both washer and drying).

Underground and secure private car park with 2 allocated parking spaces. An elevator is located within the building from parking up to ground floor.

Inclusions: 2 x Paddle Boards and 1 x Kayak & various beach equipment.

Bring your furry friend (dogs only!) as we have a turfed backyard!

Master bedroom contains a comfortable queen bed with an attached ensuite. It has plenty of storage space with hangers and extra bed linen.

Bedroom 2 contains a queen bed and bedroom 3 has two single beds. Both contain plenty of storage. An iron and iron board is located in bedroom 3.

The main bathroom contains a large and spacious bathtub and shower.

The kitchen is fully equipped with plates, cutlery, cooking utensils and cups/mugs + coffee and tea complimentary.

The backyard is completely private to the unit. There is steps down to a side access which takes you to the front of the property and only a 2 minute walk to the beach. This side-access is locked, private and only accessible to this unit only! This access makes it perfect for washing off sand as there is also a private outdoor shower.
