It is surrounded by nature's most incredible destinations including: Zions National Park (30 mins), Gooseberry mesa world class mountain biking (15 mins), The Grand Canyon North end (60 mins) and Sand hollow reservoir (35 mins). It has shopping and restaurants 15 minutes away in Hurricane Utah. Bryce National park is (90 mins) away. There are amazing hikes, sight seeing, side by side rentals etc. A tiny house is a must on your bucket list.
