Located just north of the stunning Sand Hollow Reservoir lies Elim Valley, a community designed to provide a unique Southern Utah vacation experience! This green oasis in the desert showcases tree-lined streets and luscious fields overlooked by contemporary vacation rentals. There is no overnight street parking for any vehicles/trailers in this community. Any boats, trailers, buses, motor homes, campers, recreational vehicles, or other such vehicles must be parked in the garage or designated parking areas. There is trailer/RV/boat parking on the back side of Canterbury Road. Please reach out to the host prior to booking with any parking questions!

Centrally located to be able to travel quickly to any direction for shopping, dining, events and recreation. Yet enjoyed the rural feel instead of hustle bust of city. was perfect. Construction is still crazy all around but was still fairly quiet and peaceful. Host responded within 20 mins after hours.

They required you to sign a separate rental agreement apart from what you already agree to through VRBO that has more extreme provisions regarding damages, depositions, etc. They wouldn’t provide the check in information until that was signed, until I contacted VRBO and confirmed that is not required. They also provided no helpful information regarding where or how to access the pool, pickleball courts, or other community features. The pool was not heated as advertised. Communication was difficult and when I asked a question, the response I was provided was “thank you for your feedback” instead of an answer to my question. It was a frustrating process, and while the accommodations were nice, I wouldn’t book through them again due to the inconvenience and inability for us to use the community amenities.

We were in town for Red Bull Rampage, and this place was about 20 min from the site. We enjoyed how close it was to the amenities! Communication was great, check-in process was smooth. The house is located in an area that is currently under construction. So, we had to make sure we walked where no homes were under construction as we found a lot of nails and glass around. Would stay there again for sure!
