We all loved the house. The grass area was helpful with pets. The house was clean and comfortable. There were a number of small issues and they were relayed to the property manager, the major one was addressed and fixed right away. My entire family loved the waterpark, we went every day. My one negative is that I accidentally left my eyeglasses behind. I was informed that they did find them (on September 23), however they have not been sent to me. I offered to pay shipping upfront. I checked back twice, the first time no reply, the second time I was told they hadn't had a chance to mail them yet. To me, the item isn't non-essential, so I would think they could take 15 minutes out of their day to stop by the USPS. The entire family is excited to go back next year.

Elegant and comfortable

We enjoyed our time at this vacation home. The home was nice and cool upon arrival. Beautiful new home with plenty of space and stunning rooms/bathrooms. We enjoyed the back yard entertainment with the hot tub and mini golf. We only wished the clubhouse was finished being built. We would have taken full advantage of that. Not close to amenities' but quiet and safe. We would definitely stay again.
