We spent 11 nights at this resort with our two young boys and we all loved this resort. Kids club - Our boys loved the kids club and spent pretty much all day here. Either splashing about in the kids pool or doing activities with the staff. Special thanks to Abdul and Nour who made our boys holiday so special. On our first morning back in the UK both my boys were saying they wanted to go back as they were missing Nour!! Food and Drink - There are 5 restaurants to choose from as well as the buffet restaurant. Lebanese is good and very accommodating to any requests with good food and service. Alexanders was great on our first night and we were really looking forward to this on our second night but both me and my wife though the food wasn't as good for some reason. Very good service though. Sumo is a great noodle restaurant who were again very accommodating to our requests with great service, Sushi. I'm not a big fan of sushi on general but my wife went to this restaurant and thought it was comparable to some good sushi restaurants in London! Samurai is a teppanyaki restaurant which we and both of our boys loved. Our first visit was great but on our second visit to Samurai the chef went off on a bit of a tangent which was disappointing. We did complain and were offered another night but as we had other restaurants booked for the remainder of our trip we didn't take them up on the offer but it was appreciated. Buffet restaurant always has a good variety of food with different themed nights so never boring. The beach bar offers a la carte as well as buffet and the pool bar offers an a la carte for lunch. Just a note that you can't order from the a la carte till after 1 which was pushing it for both of our boys as they tended to get hungry by then. Moustafa at the pool bar was exceptional. Always on hand at the bar and the kids club to keep our drinks regularly topped up and you never see him without a smile! The beach is nice with sunbeds that are nicely spaced so you never feel cramped. There is a number of pools as well as a salt water pool with ample sunbeds so you're never fighting for space. The room itself was good with two fold down beds for our boys as well as two doubles. More than enough space and this was cleaned to a good standard by Ahmed which we appreciated. We stayed in room 1308 which was on the far side of the resort away from the main buzz so nice and quiet with easy access to the pools and kids club from our room. The room offered a nice view of the resort with a sea view as well. Guest relations are on hand for any issues you may have and seem to be on the ball. The Wi-Fi is truly awful and the one big let-down. It was possibly slower than the old dial up service I used to have 20 years ago. Apparently the hotel was at 97% occupancy which was a factor but even taking that into account it was terrible. Forget about watching any YouTube videos and even images struggle to load. Overall the hotel is great and on my 7th visit to Egypt this is the best resort I've stayed at. Even though the resort was at over 90% occupancy it really didn't feel like it and we hope to go back again soon.
One of the best resorts in Hurghada. Best location ever. There is a huge supermarket and pharmacy infront of the gates. Also there are many shops inside the hotel itself. It has many swimming pools, one of them is extremely big. It’s also overlooking the beach. On the other side of the street, there is the hotels huge aqua park which I can access. It has 5 restaurants. However, I don’t try coz the main restaurant was amazing. Didn’t need to change. If you have kids or even toddlers, they will have so much fun. You can leave them at the kids club house and go for sauna or spa. The club is administered by very nice and professional girls. For us, there was a different even every day and night. Tips: pic a room near pools access
Again we stayed with our 'second' family. We thank the management for their warm welcome and assistance during our stay; as well as all the friendly and helpfull persons who gave us a splendid service. We especialy remember Whalid, Mostapha & Hussein Mohammed, Tamer, Analyn Rubion, Khaled Mohammed, Mohamed Malmoud, Ahmed Fathy, Saleh, Ahmed El Sharquina, Mamdouh Salah, Jasmine, Mina Nady, Svetlana, Ewa and Karim. Our thanks go also to the gardeners who do a terrific job to keep the beautiful gardens alive! See you next time!
I spent there 5 days from the first sight in the check in the guys were really helpful .. they did for us a quick hotel orientation and they asked us to take our lunch in the restaurant till the room to be ready. the hotel facilities are really modern and comfortable outdoor jaquzzy and sauna a lot of activities and water sports. the room itself was really clean and comfortable. the food is a another great story .. too much varities everyday in the dinner, and a smiley face helpful waiterss in the morning she is called Manal Bebawy she was really clever .. fast .with a really decent attitude. My whole stay was really beautiful and of course I will do it again
We stayed here for a week and were amazed with the value for money and the lovely extras such as complimentary dry cleaning. The al a carte restaurants are really lovely and even at lunch you can order off a menu if you don't fancy buffet food. I would like to especially thank one of the waitresses, Hasna who was particularly attentive. I really can't recommend this hotel enough, you will have the most wonderful stay here!
I did not find anything interesting in Hurghada . There is nothing good in the city. Hotel is not good for anyone may have headache easily . Reception and rooms around make big headache with the bad attitude from the workers in the hotel. It was really a terrible experience for me and family. The hotel has very bad system. The weather and beach are very good, but beach are very busy and people reserve all the places may be from the previous night . It is really so bad. Guest relation staffs are not good or helpful. Many time I did not find any one of them. I think they make so big efforts to look a beautiful women more than to concentrate in their work or job. So I think guest relation members are like they are in club not in work. Bad hotel and very bad reception and very bad guest relation. Always delay in everything.

This hotel was excellent , everything about it was brilliant , the food was great always something different to eat, the Alexander and Lebanese restaurant were our favourite such lovely settings. The staff were all without exception so friendly and hard working nothing was too much trouble for them as a general manager you should be very proud of their work ethic non stop and always with a 😊. I will definitely be returning to this hotel although we normally try somewhere different there will be a big pull to go back.
So luxurious hotel with so much facilities and options Water activity , big swimming pool , beach activity and access to the aqua park - just cross the road Kids club and activities are so good Food is excellent , staff is so friendly and helpful
This was our second trip to the hotel and yet again from start to finish the service was brilliant. We were picked up from the airport and checked in to our rooms very promptly. The rooms are large and very comfortable with beautiful sea views. The food is 5 start with some much choice. On 2 nights we went to the Sushi and the Japanese restaurants ( all part of the package) which were a food lovers delight. The facilities are all excellent with very well kept pools. The animation team work tirelessly and kept our kids very happy. All the staff at the Hotel from the management to waiters etc are constantly smiling and cannot do enough to help the guests. I am booking for 2019 and cannot wait!!!
