This hotel is wonderful and lovely and there are super fantastic staff and thank you Mr. Mister Omar, but there is a comment on the cartoon Momo is more than wonderful and beautiful and has a personality and a friend very good mobile chef, but from mna Luka Omar Not friends always ignore us

I've visited Hurghada 6 times I usually stay in Makadi Bay but would definitely recommend El Gouna over it. There is a beautiful marina really near the Sheraton which has great restaurants and bars and a lovely atmosphere on a warm evening. The Sheraton is a beautiful hotel and the staff are excellent. The food isn't great, but it never is in Egypt so I wouldn't really hold this against them, certainly fresh and clean they are on top of their hygiene so didn't get sick was great! Lovely big room with a balcony. The grounds of the hotel are massive, so if you are with anyone elderly or with disabilities I wouldn't recommend this hotel. There is a lot of walking. The relaxation beach was our favorite day time area, away from the noise of the main pool area with a sandy beach and fish swimming alongside you in the sea. Will definitely return - thanks for a lovely holiday.

From the minute we arrived at the hotel, we were treated like royalty. The staff at check in were extremely helpful and it just got better as the holiday went on. This was our 2nd time at this hotel, and it wont be our last. The hotel is spotless and the gardens are stunning. The food at the buffet is well above average and the 2 other restaurants in the resort are fabulous, the Orient being my favourite. I could keep going on about how good this resort is, but just go and try it, you wont be disappointed. Simon & Sarah

I have spent last weekend and frankly its the best allover El Gouna and red sea , as quality of food , service , Room , Reception and management style , special thanks to Omar bellman member for his welcome welcoming , Taha from reception team and their prefect leader Mr. Omar Younis . best recommended for all type of travelers

Very clean. Food are great i have enjoyed it very much. Good location and Very friendly staff specially the animation staff Luka and Mena. Over all the time i have spent there was great i will be very happy to come back. Thanks Sheraton Miramar el gouna

This hotel is set in amazing grounds. it caters for everything and everyone. From lively to quiet. The staff were excellent nothing was too much trouble. Diets catered for by the excellent Chef Muhson and the Executive Chef who was os helpful. If all that failed, then there was the General Manager Omar, where nothing was too much trouble. The food was excellent, the room lovely. A perfect stay!

El Gouna is a beautiful purpose built resort, approximately 30mins. drive from Hurghada. First impression of the hotel was a little tired and outdated. However, we understand there is a refurbishment programme taking place. Our room 4325 was on the edge of the hotel site with really good views overlooking a large lagoon going out to sea with large private villas on the far bank. The room was of a good size which seemed to be recently decorated. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and were of a good size. This is a large hotel in expansive grounds with many lagoons meandering around the site with foot bridges taking you from one island to another. The gardens are very colourful and well tended and this all adds to the ambience of the hotel. The staff are abosulately first class, friendly, tentative and seem to take pride in their work area. Unlike previous hotels we have stayed in the management team actually worked alongside their staff rather than just overseeing and giving orders and it just gave a real team effort appearance. We tended to sunbath on the Miramar beach area. What we liked about this was the sunbeds had good comfortable cushions, a large sunshade and wind breakers and were well spaced out ensuring your privacy whilst sunbathing. We felt the food was quite good, bearing in mind this is Egypt. The Italian was especially good but unfortunately we could only go there on 2 evenings. they also do a good lunch of salad, freshly made pizza and pasta. The Miramar beach bar also do a small menu that is cooked to order and this is definitely worth a visit. The only problem here is it only has limited shaded areas, what they really need is a large sail type canopy to shield guests from the intense sun. If we could change anything it would be to add English meats at breakfast, because the hotel was definitely geared for the German palette. This was probably due to the fact that the British are only just returning to Egypt the hotel was 98% German. Entertainment in the evening was pretty basic. Unless you eat very early i.e 7pm at latest you stood no chance of getting a table and chairs outside to watch the entertainment. In fact for the whole of our stay we were unable to sit out one evening. The hotel is well situated to get you both to downtown and or the marina. (£1 in a tuk tuk). The marina is a brand new purpose built area and you could have been anywhere in the world as it had lovely bars and restaurants. Similarly downtown had a wide choice of differing eateries and bars which all seemed to be reasonably price. The weather was gorgeous, the staff brilliant, who couldn’t enjoy this relaxing holiday. We would like to think we will be returning to this hotel next year.

Hotel ok. I have booked a suite. Over looking the sea. The beach is not good. You will need shoes on to enter the water which is not clear. No coral No fish. You will need to book a boat which will take you to areas where there is coral. One largeish pool. One out of action. A childs pool also. This is not 5 star. Going into El Gouna today as its cloudy. Hope fully that will be good.

I was there 7 days, i really enjoyed my holidays there, especially delicious food, plesant personel, beautiful beach and amazing shows thanks to new chief of animation Momo !! Youre the best!!! See you next year!

Perfect and calm environment, with very good service and excellent food! The resort may accommodate events such as conferences, weddings, etc. It is located nearby the Red Sea. The gardens, the pool and the comfortable rooms make you feel like being in Paradise!
