No magic here 


There is nothing magic here. The reception staff are extremely incompetent and lack any customer service skills - I emailed twice in advance to ask about an airport pick up or to advise what we should pay for a taxi and they acknowledged they read it and ignored it. You need towel cards for the beach but reception won’t offer you them when you check in because ‘not everyone uses the beach when staying’. Whilst trying to relax on the beach - you are disturbed constantly by sales people , I was holidaying with my mum and Micheal from the spa insisted her face was too hairy and he must thread it to make her more beautiful, and then kept coming over every hour repeating himself- and knocking her self esteem - until I told him directly he is rude and to leave us alone. If you are a Middle Aged German couple - as seem to be the main clientele there - you will probably enjoy but as a 30 year old western women I was harassed by bar staff and shop staff constantly, them following me, refusing to give me drinks unless I told them back ‘I like them ‘ and just generally making me feel so uncomfortable. The only saving grace of this hotel is the restaurant staff who were very nice and the view from the room. The room was clean but if you are larger you would struggle to get into the shower between the sink and shower door as it’s poorly designed. Hurghada is beautiful and worth doing a boat trip to snorkel but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

Un manque total de professionnalisme. Nous (en couple) sommes parti en Égypte avec une amie. L’hĂŽtel Ă©tait surbookĂ© et leur solution a Ă©tĂ© de nous proposer (en insistant trĂšs fortement et en nous faisant culpabiliser) une chambre pour trois! Sans compensation en plus! Alors que nous avons deux rĂ©servations diffĂ©rentes, faites par deux plateformes diffĂ©rentes. Du jamais vu! Finalement nous avons eu nos chambres
 aprĂšs une belle bataille. Les chambres: en soit, elle reflĂšte le prix. Simple avec des lits confortables. MAIS la propretĂ© de la salle de bain laisse Ă  dĂ©sirer, de la moisissure sur les joints et des portes de douche qui fatiguent. En plus, nous avons eu droit Ă  de l’eau brune lors d’une de nos douches! La carte de la chambre se dĂ©sactivait constamment
 tous les deux jours nous devions aller voir la rĂ©ception. La nourriture: Avant notre arrivĂ©e Ă  l’hĂŽtel, nous avions passĂ© une semaine Ă  manger Ă©gyptien - aucun soucis. AprĂšs les premiers repas, notre amie tombe malade, le lendemain c’était Ă  notre tour
 la coĂŻncidence est bizarre, on soupçonne les glaçons ou fruits. Le personnel est plutĂŽt sympa mais pas tout le monde! Le spa et les autres prestations: fuyez et allez en ville 70% moins cher pour les mĂȘmes prestations! On ne respecte absolument pas le client et vous n’ĂȘtes que touriste avec un gros portefeuille.

Die Zimmer waren in Ordnung, der Meerblick war nur teilweise möglich. Personal im Service war sehr freundlich. Snacks am Pool gab es leider nur auf Wegwerfgeschirr. In der Anlage gibt es einige Katzen. Leider auch im Restaurant. Das fanden wir nicht gut. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren zum Teil ĂŒberfordert.

Wir waren in diesem Hotel in Hurghada und grundsĂ€tzlich war der Aufenthalt sehr schön. Das Hotel selbst ist gut, die Anlage gepflegt und der Service war hervorragend. Die Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit freundlich und sehr bemĂŒht, sodass man sich willkommen gefĂŒhlt hat. Das große Problem war jedoch das Essen. Leider war es eine einzige Katastrophe. Es gab kaum Abwechslung, die Speisen haben entweder alle gleich geschmeckt oder nach gar nichts. Nur aufgrund des Essens wĂŒrden wir das Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen. Zum GlĂŒck haben die AusflĂŒge unseren Urlaub wirklich bereichert und ihn zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht – ohne diese wĂ€re unser Aufenthalt deutlich enttĂ€uschender gewesen. Fazit: Schönes Hotel mit tollem Service, aber das Essen ist leider ĂŒberhaupt nicht empfehlenswer

Mysigt hotell med hÀrlig stÀmning bland gÀster och de flesta som jobbade dÀr. Trevligt poolomrÄde med bar och musik. Maten var inte sÄ varierande men helt okej.
