This retreat is perfect for the whole family. Our 1920s home has been updated and modernized but retains its historic charm. Our 4 bedrooms/2 bathrooms home can sleep up to 12 guests! Stocked with essential amenities and Wi-Fi, you have everything you need to feel "at home." Screened-in porch and fenced backyard for kids and pets! It is convenient to the hospital, courthouse, downtown, convention center, and all the best restaurants Huntsville offers!

Guests will enter the house by using a digital keypad. This charming space offers a super floor plan with ample room for your comfort. Inside, every bedroom has a comfortable bed, guaranteeing a restful night's sleep for you and your party. The fully stocked kitchen ensures you have all the necessary equipment to whip up meals during your stay. Kitchen was dirty and the bathtubs/window sills in the bath were not clean. The sills were filthy with hair and dirt. Kitchen cabinets had a broken cabinets not much to cook with. I was with the The bedrooms and kitchen as they were spacious. Very old this towels for bath were left on the bed. The outside gutters were overflowing. The front and back stoops were full of leaves and sticks. The driveway was not blown. The yard had weeds. Paint is chipping and peeling inside. The manager was easy to communicate with but I didn’t inform him of what was wrong because I was super busy with an event and guests coming. There was an expired phone number and sign that I instructed who to call if you needed someone and it was an outdate number so I communicated through the nice property manager.

Good location in Five Points neighborhood, nice house layout, lots of , and nice modern kitchen. The condition and cleanliness of the rental did not meet my expectations. The exterior of the house was not well maintained, giving a poor initial impression of the overall experience. The interior was not well maintained either, paint was peeling from the doors, one bathtub was inoperative (no running water). The table in the sun room was filthy, one couch was old and very uncomfortable. The bed in the master bedroom was good, but all other beds were of poor quality. The kitchen was missing a toaster, and could have used more pots and pans (no strainer for pasta, etc.).
