A famous comedian's house is now yours to enjoy. Really special with gorgeous furniture and stunning huge river rock gas fireplace and dining table with huge chandelier - a working extremely practical kitchen fully equipped. Has 5 bedrooms, 2 masters bedrooms with king beds, additional large bedroom with queen, and 2 small bedrooms with twin beds. 2 small bedroom have access to a full bathroom of their own with a shower but also a huge soaking tub with a great view that is also super private. The queen bedroom has its own half bath. Also there is an office / work out room with weights and ienger yoga accessories. Plus a large comfortable downstairs huge TV room with very comfortable couch and rocking chairs and matching rocking ottomons. Upstairs living room is terrific and gorgeous and next to the towering river rock indoor chimney. Great books throughout. Of course there is a large and efficient dryer and washer, plus ski boot warmer or hat/gloves warmer all in the very hot washer/dryer room. The regular amenities are here, hair dryer, iron, and WiFi. Long Term Rental Only 6 months to 2 years. Significant Deposit required.
