The room is always nice enough. Beds are comfy. Hot breakfast including waffles! Staff is usually very friendly and helpful. Water pressure/shower is better than expected. Microwave and fridge in the room is always a plus!

There were cockroaches in the room and staff attempted to make in their way into my room while I was in the shower. It would not be check out time until much later but still they were knocking loudly and jiggling the door handle as they tried to come in my room.
We had one of the worst experiences at this hotel. They gave another person our room key at midnight. So we had a complete stranger walk into our room at midnight which caused my husband to jump out of bed and severely injure his ankle. They would not refund our room. The overnight staff person tried to laugh it off that this happen, which was not professional at all. They are not being helpful at all. This ruined our whole trip down to Houtson. Besides this, the bathroom had mold that they tried to paint over, a dead bug in our room. We knew staying there it wasn't going to be the best but we are extremely disappointed in our experience here and will never be staying at a best western again.

Nice staff. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Rooms were pretty well kept.
Good was king size bed. Had an odor , like a little bit of smoke . Shampoo container and soap to small for 2 people. Dislike was the breakfast people are not on top of refill and or keeping up with the demand
The manager, Ms Monique Hightower has excellent customer service skills. She is so friendly and wants to make sure her customers entering Best Western know they are her priority. Thank you Ms Hightower for a very enjoyable stay.

We enjoyed our stay. We visit a few times a year from Washington state to see my kids who go to Sam Houston State University. We had been staying at Days Inn, but they treated us badly just after Hurricane Harvey. So we tried somewhere new, and as long as we are treated well, we will continue to stay at this hotel.
I liked the hotel very much. The breakfast was delicious. The bacon was perfectly cooked. The sheets from my bed were not clean and we had to change rooms.Overall everything was great!
