There is a large yard and nice patio in the courtyard with a charcoal grill. This home is just waiting for you to enjoy it. NO SMOKING POLICY STRICTLY ENFORCED W A $750 FINE. SMOKING OUTSIDE IS PERMITTED ONLY IF BUTS ARE CLEANED UP
