The Tiny Timber is an off-grid one-bedroom timber-framed tiny house. The loft has a queen-size bed accessed by a ladder, so you will need to feel comfortable using a ladder to enjoy your stay here. There is also a fold-out chair for one person to sleep in downstairs. The ladder folds out of the way when not in use.
The kitchen includes a two-burner propane cooktop, coffee maker, small refrigerator, sink, and a full assortment of cutlery and spices. As this is a fully contained building, the water is stored in 5-gallon jugs in the closet, and placed under the sink when more is needed. The house contains 25 gallons of water, if you need more, please let us know!
The bathroom contains a Nature's Head Composting Toilet. There is currently no shower as the outdoor shower has not yet been completed, so bathing wipes are in the bathroom for your convenience.
The Tiny Timber is peaceful! It has no WiFi and very limited cell service to keep the world at bay. The Tiny Timber sits at the edge of a vernal pond in a wooded meadow which provides the most incredible sounds of nature throughout the spring summer and fall. The gravel patio has two Adirondack chairs and a fire pit for your enjoyment.
The cabin is heated and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The cabin also includes a coffee maker.

Timber-rrific!
A very cozy and relaxing stay. A lot of thought and care was put into the tiny timber and it shows! Very friendly and responsive hosts, they even have a YouTube playlist where they demo the features of the cabin! 10/10, a wonderful stay.

Amazing getaway at tiny timber
Such an adorable cabin! Very clean and well stocked with extra amenities like a spice drawer! Instructions were clear and the host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Cabin was closer to hosts house then expected or showed online. Other than that it’s a perfect getaway spot!

Tiny Timbers - Peaceful and Pretty
This tiny cabin is absolutely gorgeous and situated in a peaceful little patch of forest, the lack of a shower and loft makes this a spot better suited to people able to climb and navigate tight spaces but this place gave me one of the best nights sleep I’ve had in years!

Peaceful
The Tiny Timber is set in the woods of VT. My stay was in the winter and it was perfect. Even with single digit temps the heater kept the place comfortable. Highly recommended!
