The entire home is very clean and comfortable. Host communication is superb. Parking may be a challenge but we were able to park in front of the house. We chose this property because of pet friendly status. The HB dog beach is only 5 miles south on PCH and Goldenwest. We enjoyed our stay.

Our stay at the beach house was absolutely amazing! The neighborhood was very quiet and the residents were very welcoming. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect and the views, the comfort, and all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. It was peaceful, relaxing, and the perfect place to unwind. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and will definitely be back!

This home is steps from the beach which was great but the beach is not very clean, the home is right on PCH so there is a lot of traffic noise, the area feels unsafe with a barn door for a front door that is only connected by a loose latch and two small screws. The home smelled like cats. The place was generally dirty - couch, floors, beds (mattress stains). The shower faucet is falling apart. The owners didn’t send an entry code so when we arrived we had to wait outside for quite a while before they got back to us. There is no parking unless you get lucky on the street in front of the property. We booked 3 nights but left after 2 so we could get out of there.

Our family had a fantastic time being close to the beach. The bungalow was comfortable for our group with a cozy living room area.There isn't dedicated parking, but we were able to find spots along the street with no problem.
