Escape back to nature in this beautiful and comfortable newer home on our 200 acre organic, regenerative farm and guest ranch. You'll enjoy the peace and quiet of the undiscovered town of Hunters, Washington on the pristine Lake Roosevelt National Recreation Area. Located just 5 minutes from Hunters boat launch and Lake Roosevelt beaches!

Sit on the large, covered deck and take in the mountain views and watch the deer at play. View the evening sunsets by the fire pit on the lawn. Enjoy an endless array of activities including fishing, boating, kayaking, hiking, beautiful beaches, wine tasting and treasure hunting in our local towns. You'll find many local activities from farmers markets to annual town and county events.

This home offers 3 bedrooms with plush bedding and black out curtains to help you catch up on your sleep: 1 King, 2 Queens. The couch is always available for the night. Comes with a fully-equipped, spacious kitchen including an Instant Pot. Super clean bathrooms both with showers and fluffy towels.

Have EXTRA GUESTS with an RV or Camper? We have a full-hook up available beside the house.

Can't leave your FUR-BUDDY at home? We are PET-friendly.

Use our Starlink internet to watch your favorite shows on our Smart TV or attend a conference call for work.

This house was perfect for our stay. It was clean, comfortable, and the kithchen was well stocked with any pan or dish you would need. Bath towels were awesome and beds so comfy. We loved seeing the elk come down from the mountains. The sheep and cows were an added enjoyment. Lake Roosevelt is an amazing lake to visit. We all said we would love to come back!

This farmhouse was a great place to stay while we explored the Hunters area. The host was very responsive and checked in on us. The farm staff also checked in on us a few times. The power was out for about 24 hours across the area but the house was equipped appropriately to keep us comfortable and safe. We would definitely stay here again.

A Little Piece of Heaven

This property was superb! The owner (Amy) was very accessible and engaging. The home is clean, very well maintained, with all of the amenities and comfort that anyone would expect, and then some. It is located in a very private and peaceful setting. A great anchor location for day trips (like Grand Coulee Dam). The horses and miniature donkeys were a special joy for my elderly mother to watch. An absolutely wonderful experience!

Excellent Property!

We stay at several vacation rentals each year. Most are a one and done. Not this property! We will be back for sure! Beautifully decorated, clean, great floor plan. Nicely equipped kitchen. Next time I may bring my own horse! :)
