Six fabulous bedrooms await, each with their own colour palette, all of which are served by four luxurious bathrooms. Of special note is the wonderful master suite on the second floor, with panoramic views of the coastline drawing the eye, leaving you in no doubt as to where the sea is! The room also features a large walk-in shower, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy a lazy start to the day with a strong coffee and a great view! The living areas continue the bespoke aesthetic of the house and are all found on the ground floor. Extremely convenient for having everyone close, without the need to be on top of each other. Whether it's a sitting room, dining room, kitchen or the playroom / games room with access to the garden, everyone is well-catered for. It is also worth noting that the kitchen has been appointed to an excellent standard, making dinner parties and celebratory occasions a real treat.

Outside, the unique positioning of Linksway House really comes to the fore, with guests being able to experience the rolling sand dunes, expansive sandy beaches and the vast Norfolk skies. Beyond, the grassed area gives way to a small stream, over which you'll find an area with longer grasses that border the arable land that sits on the eastern border to the property.
