Large holiday home in a peaceful and scenic area

Large summer house with plenty of space for 7 people (4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 guest toilet) located on peaceful natural grounds, where deer, pheasants, foxes etc. are often seen. There is 600 m to the water, 900 m to a shallow bathing beach and 2 km to Lynæs Havn with good swimming opportunities and the fantastic Lynæs Surfcenter. Short distance to water, forest and fields.



The ground floor of the house contains

- living room with couch/sofa bed, wood-burning stove and open kitchen

- large conservatory with long dining table, sofa etc.

- room with bunk bed (2 pcs. 200 x 90 cm) and wardrobe

- room with single bed (190 x 85 cm) and large wardrobe

- bathroom with toilet and shower.



The first floor (45 sqm) consists of

- large room with double bed (200 x 180 cm) mm.

- large room with two single beds (2 pcs. 200 x 85 cm) and balcony. Both beds can be expanded into double beds.

In the kitchen there are induction hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, Nespresso and various kitchen utensils and appliances.



There are also 2 terraces, carport, men's and women's bicycle, trailer and an outbuilding with freezer, washing machine and workshop.



Most of the house has been newly renovated in 2021, but wifi has not yet been established. The mobile coverage, on the other hand, is generally good.

the bathroom on the ground floor is originally from 1977, we have chosen to keep the charm and have therefore only renovated that room quite a bit



In addition to nature experiences and relaxation, there are good opportunities for swimming, surfing and angling in the area. In addition, it is recommended to visit Knud Rasmussen's House, sand sculpture festival in Hundested, Lynæs Surfcenter (surfing, courses, communal dining, street food, drinks, cultural activities and informal surfer life), the cultural center Gjethuset, the eco-community Dyssekilde (with market days in the summer and with the possibility of tours) , the hiking route Halsninoen, Jägerpris Castle etc. Finally, there is the possibility of gastronomic experiences based on fresh fish from Lynæs and Hundested Harbour, local ingredients from the area's many farm shops and Torup Marked, quality meat from Grønnessegård Estate and, not least, the many good restaurants in the area. Some of the area's food producers are part of the association, Spisekammer Halsnæs, which ensures good animal welfare and high quality.
