Fantastic location and the staff were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and our issue with the heating system was dealt with promptly and courteously. Parking was easy, breakfast plentiful and we enjoyed a delicious evening meal on the first night. The only reason that we didn’t award 5 stars, was that there were no plug sockets or USB slots at the side of the bed, in our room, so phones & smartwatches were not within reach to check the time, during the night. Wish we weren’t so reliant on tech! We’ll definitely be back, but will remember to pack an ordinary watch, or battery operated small bedside clock. Well done Holiday Inn Hull Marina staff, you are a credit to your brand 🏅
