The Littĺe House in Hull is a cosy cottage located in the leafy 'Avenues area' of Hull.
A single storey residence with an open plan design, it is ideally suited for singles, couples and young families. WELL BEHAVED PETS ARE WELCOME!
There is one bedroom with a superior quality double bed equipped with two memory foam mattresses which can be electronically lowered and raised to achieve maximum comfort.
There is a combined dining-living room which is overlooked by a small gallery/landing. The gallery is equipped with two supersize squishy beanbags that make comfortable and fun sleeping spaces for youngsters and teens.
There is a small kitchen area; a wet room with hand basin and WC, and a separate WC and hand basin.
There is a pretty garden and patio and a beautiful hen house with five beautiful ex-battery farmed hens! Guests are welcome to collect fresh eggs for their breakfast.
There are guinea pigs and a rabbit which, during the warmer months, are oftentimes grazing on the lawn.
We have two friendly dogs, three cats, and a small fish pond.
We are Vegan and equip the little house with plant based basic provisions and cruelty- free toiletries. In addition we supply a generously stocked fruit bowl, tea and coffee, ground coffee, bed linen and bath towels, all cutlery etc etc, cleaning products and loo rolls.
There is free car parking on site equipped with CCTV and security lighting.

Everything about this experience was excellent. Very friendly and welcoming hosts, and the property far exceeded my expectations. Too many wonderful touches to go into details but top of my list in no particular order would be the comfy living space, the abundance of books and games, the delicious fruit, breads and snacks, and a shout out to the animals. Look no further when you want a comfortable and cosy space in the area. Top notch!
