The hotel is located in a nice area but the rooms are minimal and the comfort is more 2 stars than 4. You can hear everybody in the corridors and in the adjacent rooms. Staff is unprepared and misinformed. Some of them also not to pleasant. I booked through a reliable online agency with a prepaid non-refundable tariff and at checkout the receptionist told me that the reservation wasn't paid. I showed him the voucher and he told me that it meant nothing, I needed to have the receipt. So I paid for the room again. Afterwards I sent several emails with the receipt attached and they even didn't bother to answer. Spent all my life in hotels and it was the first time something of this kind happened to me. Avoid!

Just five minutes walk from the Huelva railway station the hotel is well placed in the town centre and it's bars and restaurants. I was impressed with the welcome given and complimentary sweets in the good-sized room. The bed was very comfortable and it was a real shame to leave early for the first train to Sevilla. Recommended.

4 star hotel, clean bright, bed very comfortable. Bathroom bright, modern marble throughout. Staff pleasant and helpful. Lack of comfortable seats, furniture tired. But we didn’t plan to spend time in hotel. Continental breakfast was superb.

We are very satisfied from our stay to Eurostars Tartessos hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and nice decorated. There is in a central but quite place. It is easy to walk around the city and go to the port on foot. The service was nice and the breakfast buffet had a variety of choices.

Advertised as a 4star hotel at Premier Inn prices. If you go expecting a 4 star hotel you will be disappointed, expect a premier inn and you won't be. Hotel. Easy to miss, we drove past it twice and apparent recent changes to the road lay out didn't help. It's on a corner and set back from the road. Position. Couldn't have been better, right in the middle of the town and close to numerous bars and restaurants. Car parking was close by and at only €14 a day good value. Staff. Most staff were very helpful, cheerful and seemed to enjoy their job. Unfortunately one, an older male wasn't interested enough in my needs to stop chatting to his mates outside and finishing his cigarette. The rest were great though. Room. We had a double room overlooking the street. It was still very quiet though and we enjoyed looking out on the plentiful bars and cafes in the area. The room was tired, some of the furniture needed upgrading but beds were good and the room was clean. The shower encouraged morning and evening exercise as you had to run around under it to get wet. Amenities. There are not many! There is a restaurant for breakfast only which looked good though we didn't eat there. The hotel advertises a bar, one of the first signs you see on entering is for a bar.....but they don't have one, there are plenty around the area though so not a great loss. Summary. Nice place for the money but if going back would probably pay a bit more and go to a better hotel. That said for a two day visit that we had it was ok.

Excellent central location. Typical city hotel. Sheets and towels are white, shower 's hot. I asked for a quiet room and got one. Front desk are helpful and professional. My chambermaid is friendly and has a sense of humour - a rare find.

This was a great location near many shops and restaurants. The staff was VERY helpful and kind. The room was fine. The first thing I saw when I walked in was a peanut shell on the floor and a spot of maybe food or something on bathtub/shower bottom. That being said, it felt clean...just must have been overlooked. (I am VERY picky with cleanliness and I would stay again.) There was NO view but I don't care about that...I was there to sleep. It was quiet (I got in late). Breakfast was nice. They held my bags until I was ready to leave. It would be nice to be able to reserve parking or for them to offer to pay for the public parking if theirs is full. Theirs, of course, was full. It was a bit expensive for what it was but I guess that is the going rate there. Overall, STAFF WAS WONDERFUL!

I have spent only one night in this Hotel. Reception staff was nice with me for the check in, not so nice with me for the check out (different receptionist). The car park was full so I had to park my car close to the hotel, not a big deal but I had to pay extra money. Room was clean a bed was comfy.

Nice hotel right on the pedestrianised bit of Huelva town centre. Excellent location close to lots of shops bars/restaurants. Long term free parking near the hotel is difficult to find. Only minor issue was that the water pressure in shower was low.

The Tartessos is right in the middle of Huelva so there are plenty of good restaurants very close by. The area is generally quiet at night, it's not really a party town and the road is closed to general traffic. The parking and one way systems are a bit challenging. The hotel is a fairly modern and normal "international" hotel. There aren't many choices of this type in the Huelva area. It's generally very normal and the front desk staff were professional and helpful. I would have given it 4*s, except: - The fitness room was very disappointing. The equipment was in poor condition and worn out. There were only 2 sets of weights (5kg and 10kg). - The cleanliness of my room wasn't the best (although nothing bad). A few hairs in the shower and dust built up in the corners, that sort of thing.
