Great stay!

Great stay! Ran into an issue with the hotel I initially booked. Found this at 10am and was in my room by 11am. Grateful to be out of the bad place and into such a nice one with a friendly staff. Loved that the hotel fronted a street and was in an area of plenty of restaurants and other hotels.

We had a short but great stay. Mr. Pham, the owner, is super friendly, very good english, and helped us with food and transportation. The room was very clean and surprisingly spacious (largest room so far on our trip, we are three adults, me and my two sons). We loved the food in Hue. So many options just outside our door or short walk. Great location for foodies!

The 2 different reception ladies were so friendly and helpful. Even after missing my transport from Hue to Da Nang, 1 of them arranged a bus at short notice and a good price. Thank you miss for doing that.Appreciate that massively

Poor aircon, disappointing breakfast

On arrival staff were pleasant and check in was swift,no information given about local area etc We were given a room upgrade which was appreciated,this was to the room which has the ‘balcony’,as others mentioned it’s tiny, can only just make it through the door. When we got to the room it was baking hot,but the aircon hadn’t been on so we thought it would just need time to cool down... the aircon is probably the worst I’ve had in Asia,the room didn’t get properly cool the whole time we stayed,unfortunately I wasn’t too well when there so we had to stay an extra night. The fridge is also only on when you are in the room and the keycard is in the slot so no coming back to a nice cold drink! We also found breakfast somewhat disappointing,full menu was not available and it was a choice of eggs or eggs which my stomach isn’t good with. It’s a shame as our room was nice otherwise but these issues mean that I wouldn’t return.

Fantastic staff service mind

The staff service mind was great especially the lady whose name is Mai. The staffs including a guy checked in myself were all kind and had good knowledges about the area. The recommendation to try local food was awesome. I will definitely stay there again once I visit at Hue

Near brand new hotel in a fantastic location in Hue. It's a very short stroll from the action at night but it's tucked away on a quiet street so there's no noise at night. There's a couple of nice little coffee shops across the road and restaurants all around. The staff didn't speak very good English so we had a little trouble communicating but we got there in the end. They were very attentive staff though who made us breakfast and gave us nice cold waters, and helped us with our bags. There is no elevator in this place which is worth noting, it's 4 Storey's. The place is fitted out very well and the beds are very comfortable. We booked a room with balcony and the balcony was tiny, we didn't bother using it. Standing room for 2 people. They have scooters available for rent for a very reasonable price too. We would recommend this hotel definitely the rates are fantastic for what you get and the location is fantastic, I would request a room on a lower floor if you have heavy bags or aren't into walking up 4 floors to your room

Decent hotel, great staff

Room was clean and hotel staff were very friendly. Theres was no lift and we happen to be on the top floor. But once you carry bags up this is no issue. Balcony was small and door was skinny but all that is needed. I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again. Definatly worth the price and close to restaurants and pubs.

Inaccurate Hotels.com info. Great staff

Staff were very helpful, providing city information, booking tours and cars, etc. The hotel is extremely clean. As mentioned by previous reviewers, there are no elevators so be prepared to walk a few stairs. Breakfast was basic- coffee or tea, lemon juice, fruit and a choice of soup, eggs and baguette or baguette and jam. Location is great with most city sights within walking distance. This is the first time I have found Hotels.com information to be inaccurate. We booked the "Deluxe Double Room, Balcony, City View". It took us a day to find the balcony which was behind a 12" wide door and led to a balcony that was about 18" wide. Technically a balcony, I guess, but completely unusable. The bed was listed as king sized but was queen. On the plus side, the room was a good size and had full length windows so it was very bright when desired. The blackout curtains kept the room dark when sleeping. On the down side, other guests talking in their rooms or hallway early in the morning or at night echoed clearly into our room. Overall, pricier than other hotels we have stayed at in Vietnam for what is provided. However, given the lovely staff and good location, we would consider staying at this hotel again.

Comfortable beds, easy check in.

I've gotta say, this hotel has had the most comfortable beds we've slept on during our trip. We've been in Vietnam for 10 days and most beds are rock hard. The room has the classic shower where everything in the bathroom gets wet, but that seems to be the norm here. The shower head is amazing though! We did not eat breakfast here. The AC works great: multiple different options and they actually work. Check in was easy. Again if you ask they will allow you to keep your passport on your person instead of at the front desk. Some front desk staff speaks English better than others.

Lovely hotel good area

We received an incredibly friendly welcome and had a lovely stay at this very modern and clean hotel, so much so that we stayed a second night. we enjoyed a good pre order breakfast, clean rooms, friendly service and a very convenient location and all for a very fair price.

Nice place

Excellent value. Clean and comfortable. Felt quite new and fresh. Street was noisy at night, but the noise stopped around midnight.
