The upper level has 2 bedrooms (one with 1 full and 1 twin bed and the other with a king bed) and a bathroom. The king bedroom has a Smart TV and Blu-Ray.

The lower level is a nice open area with 2nd kitchen (stove, fridge microwave and sink), family room and access to the lakeside deck. There is a Smart TV and multi-game table (air hockey, pool and ping pong) in the family room.

Dock offers covered boat slip (no hoist), floating dock for boat tie-up, electricity and lights. Soak up the sun on the spacious party deck!

CANCELLATION POLICY: If a reservation is cancelled with at least 90 days prior notice, 1/2 of the pre-paid rental payment will be refundable. If a reservation is cancelled within 90 days of your arrival date, no refunds will be issued. Notice of cancellation must be in writing, email is acceptable. Be sure to reference the rented property name and dates you had intended to visit.
