奇萊大飯店住宿後感受很糟糕

床很硬，飯店提供的毛巾上有髒污。續住的隔天早上出門前鑰匙轉交櫃檯，結果當天晚上回房，房間內完全未清潔。房內垃圾放了3天都飄出異味。房內沒有冰箱相當不方便，且撥打電話詢問櫃檯，能否提供幾支衣架，櫃檯小姐說確認後告知。到天亮都沒接到櫃檯回覆。此次體驗住宿的感受相當糟糕。
