Nice room, modern hotel

Enjoyed my stay at Riche Hua Hin and will return. Did not like the highway noise but there is nothing that management can do about that. Did not like the wifi setup and management needs to change and it is possible to improve. Constantly had to log in and register the password several times daily. This is not acceptable. The wifi works well in the lobby, sometimes not well in my room. Not acceptable. Please address this issue, I see from other comments that this is an ongoing issue with your hotel. The breakfast buffet quality was ok, but not hot. Should be improved. I did appreciate the shuttle service, very convenient. The staff is friendly and tries their best. Female manageress is very professional and helpful.

OK hotel not great for the price.

The stay was ok, comfortable but the wifi is poor, bathroom is very small and has no box or curtain, then it get all wet. pillows are hard, the pool is in the edge of main busy street. The breakfast is not good. Horrible coffee, no cheese, no yogurt, not hot milk to compliment the coffee, Just rice, rice and rice..... The hotel is really far from the beach and down town. Not a value for price.

Excellent stay

A very nice hotel, nice and modern.. Good spacious and clean rooms, lovely infinity swimming pool. Ok breakfast maybe lacking choice a bit but was sufficient. Location: a little far from the town/beach however the hotel runs regular free shuttle transport so was excellent and very efficient. Staff: very friendly and helpful to every need.. Only the guy working in the restaurant could do with some customer service training! I cancelled an order after the manner he presented himself.. Everyone else went above and beyond for the guests and it was very pleasant.. I would recommend this hotel to all.

A little bit out of town but worth it.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was excellent. The shuttle service every 2 hrs into town was very handy and they will pick you up as well if needed. Would recommend in future.
