"My mom and I had a wonderful stay at this cottage. The hosts are so hospitable and thoughtful with how they arranged the cottage to accommodate our stay. The energy was warm and inviting. The lake is beautiful and is the perfect size for paddle boarding. Would highly recommend this cottage for a peaceful and restorative getaway."

"First, the photos are not nearly as nice as the property. The property is much larger than the photos make it look. It is not totally isolated but close. The house sits on what is certainly double lot. Tons of space to play in both on the top and at the bottom of the property. Even a hammock. The house next door, while close, it not very noticable. They are on a dead end street with no traffic and absolutely no noise. This is a very quiet place. The decor also makes it a very peaceful place. Everythign is near top of the line from the toaster to the wash machine. And who else has a gas operated grill so you don't have to fool with charcoal. The owners put a lot of thought into the propery. Dishes are nice but sturdy. Towels are the same as we have at home. Very nice pots and pans. The central air is extremely nice. I was afraid we'd get window units but not so. The house is wired for "Hey, Google..." which is kiind of nice. Our coffee maker broke and they replaced it with in 1/2 hour...and with a VERY nice Kureg maker that does both ground and capsules. Never have seen one like it.So, why 4 stars? There isn't a comfortable chair in the house. and the windows need washing. My wife and I are 80 and a nice chair and foot stool or recliner mean a lot to us. And we spent our time looking out windows that badly needed cleaning. This is a house for families! If you've got kids they will enjoy themselves. And you can't find nicer hosts."
