All common areas including beaches, clubhouse, boating, and outdoor pool are reserved for property owners only.

The most unique qualities of this property are the 2 large, separate and covered deck and patio. It allows you to experience the great outdoors no matter the weather. The upper covered deck is fully furnished and has a gas outdoor firepit. The lower patio is also fully furnished and creates a totally different experience. This property has a large master bedroom with king bed and 2 additional guest bedrooms (both queen beds) and a set of bunk beds. It has 2 separate family rooms with TVs in each. It also has 2 full baths. The downstairs bathroom includes a washer and dryer for your convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook any meal in addition to the coffee machine, toaster and microwave. There is a shared outdoor firepit with wood available. The driveway can comfortably fit 3 vehicles and up to 5 if needed.

Apple Valley golf course is a public course. Amish country, Wine country, and Mohican National Park are very close. There are miles of bike trails. Downtown Mount Vernon is 5 miles away. Kenyon College is 7 miles from the house.
