You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
2 x Brightonesque Double rooms in the heart of (cool AF) Brighton!
Come & stay in 1 or 2 of my stylish & Brightonesque adjacent double rooms with private bathroom & kitchen use, in my Artistic home, right in the beating heart of central Brighton.
Just 5 mins walk from the station, lanes & seafront, you couldn't get more central & more of a welcome from myself & my lovely whippet, in this cool, bohemian city we are lucky enough to call home!
I offer you a comfortable stay with warm hospitality, along with my local knowledge, to help you get the most out of your time here.
Both rooms are doubles with a double bed in each. Sleeping a max of 6. I can add an additional z-bed to each room at a squeeze, to house 3 people per room.
Important note: The price is based on 2 x people per room. If there are just 2 of you & you require 2 rooms, please cost the booking based on 3 people & the price will adjust, automatically allocating you 2 rooms.
There are 2 x Dryrobes in the back bedroom for the sea swimmers among you, which you are welcome to use, along with shower gels / shampoos in the bathroom & teas / coffees in the kitchen.
You can come & go using a key in the lockbox outside & I may or may not be here, as I travel a lot with my work. I will confirm whether we are likely to cross paths closer to your check-in date. I may be around on the ground floor during your stay, but will always give you your space.
NOTE: MUST LIKE DOGS
I have my own dog (whippet) & sometimes other good natured dogs to stay who will give you a warm welcome. Please stay elsewhere if you don't wish to have waggy tails & possibly a few licks off appreciation at the door ;) However I take care not to allow them into your own personal space, which is private & exclusive in the upstairs area of my home.
I am happy for guests to use the kitchen to make drinks, teas / coffees etc and a light breakfast, but no cooking please.
I don't have a curfew however if you are coming home late at night, please be quiet & respectful when you return.
