After a long and active day in the nature you can make yourself comfortable at the fireplace, firewood can be bought on site. If needed, you can rent bed linen and towels from the house owner.

Much better than expected

If you read various new travel guides you will find nothing good. But that doesn't do Hovden justice, because it was the starting point for many wonderful hikes for us. Our holiday home was excellent with a sauna, which helped us get our muscles functional again. Thanks to the very well equipped kitchen, we were able to cook for ourselves. The rooms are very well laid out and very practically equipped. Great, almost all-round balcony made it possible to sunbathe at any time of the day, which I used with coffee and my dog Mo to sunbathe. Conclusion: great, just great.
