Zeer onduidelijk over wat waar ligt. Zeer slechte asociale agressieve buren die daar in hun eigen vakantie huisje waren. Het is een soort chalet park met heel veel huisjes. Je wordt vanaf binnenkomst door de buren bedreigd over enige geluid in de avond en die dreigementen krijg ke al opndag een om 18:00 uur!!! Zeer achterstallige onderhoud en ten opzichte van andere plekken in ardennen ongunstig gelegen. Nooit meer terug!

Schönes, geräumiges, sauberes Haus. Perfekt für 9 Personen. Die Einrichtung war einfach. Es sind ausreichend Küchenutensilien vorhanden, eigene Kräuter/Öl zum Kochen nicht vergessen. Wir hatten einen gemütlichen und schönen Aufenthalt. Der Eigentümer hatte das Haus mit 2 Weihnachtsbäumen und Außenlichtern geschmückt. Spitze!

Het vakantiehuis was gezellig ingericht in kerstsfeer met zelfs 2 versierde kerstbomen. Helaas kwam het regenwater binnen gesijpeld langs de ramen in 4 kamers waardoor een plassen water op de grond lagen. In de recensies van deze woning blijkt dat dit niet de eerste keer is en dat de eigenaar er dus onvoldoende aan heeft gedaan. We zijn erg tevreden over Ardennes Online die blijkbaar samenwerkt met Belvilla. Toen we het contactnummer belden, zijn ze onmiddellijk een andere vakantiewoning gaan zoeken voor ons. Het was helaas wel 45 minuten rijden, had geen Wifi of sauna, maar was droog en regenbestendig.

Schöne Lage, das Chalet selbst ist nicht schlecht. Aber alle Matratzen sind durchgelegen und bieten keinen Halt. Von der ersten Nacht an hatten alle Rückenbeschwerden.Die Sauna ist ein Plus, hätte aber vielleicht besser platziert werden können, jetzt führt der Eingang direkt in den Speisesaal.Von Le Cheneau aus kann man mehrere schöne Spaziergänge machen, ohne ein Auto zu benutzen.Holz Bretter mit Kissen sind überhaupt nicht bequem. Nach den Nachrichten im Fernsehen also schnell zurück in den Speisesaal.Gute Küche,mit allem ausgestattet.

Ons verblijf in vakantiehuis Serene was absoluut fantastisch! Het huis was ruim genoeg voor onze groep van negen en de rustige locatie maakte het een perfect toevluchtsoord. We genoten van de sauna en stoomdouche na lange wandelingen in de prachtige omgeving, vooral in de buurt van het nabijgelegen Château Royal. De keuken was goed uitgerust, waardoor koken gemakkelijk was. 's Avonds barbecueden we in de tuin en genoten van de rustige sfeer. Een echte aanrader voor gezinnen of vrienden die op zoek zijn naar een ontspannen vakantie!

Minpunt aparte betaling electriciteit / gas verbruik. Lassen Sie sich von einem Elektriker auf dem Messgerät abstellen. Voor de rest werkte alles prima zelfs de verwarming. Tipp: Draai de Chauffage kranen helemaal offen in de living en in de eetplaats op 3 dan wordt het onmiddellijk warm! En kijk aan de gasketel dat alles aan staat (twee draaiknoppen)

Fijne plek om te ontspannen met vrienden! De woonkamer was groot genoeg voor ons allemaal en het voelde als thuis. Ik waardeerde de houtkachel voor de koude avonden. Het ligt dicht bij een aantal kastelen en natuurgebieden, wat leuke dagtochtjes mogelijk maakte. De gastheren waren vriendelijk en het inchecken verliep soepel. Al met al een ontspannen verblijf!

Der Schlüssel war in einem Schließfach erhältlich. Am nächsten Tag erhielten wir einen Code dafür. Schade, dass niemand persönlich zur Verfügung stand. Zum Beispiel war die Heizung nicht an, die Erklärung im Handbuch war nicht klar. Nach langer Suche und einem kalten Freitagabend haben wir endlich die Heizung eingeschaltet. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn uns jemand empfangen hätte, damit wir dies sofort hätten erfragen können.
