Beautiful, modern, spacious 3BR townhome in Spring Branch, only 7 minutes from Memorial City. We aim to provide you with a comfortable, enjoyable stay in a location that is close to your needs. Our home is perfect for group and family trips, both short and long-term.

THE SPACE
Our spacious home is over 1500 sf providing you a first-floor open floor plan to relax and unwind. You will enjoy the stylish design elements and the natural light throughout the house. The patio is great for getting outside in a peaceful setting and has beautiful overhead lighting for the evenings. There is a community pool that you can use (subject to agreement to community rules)

GUEST ACCESS
We have both street parking and a covered carport in a secure, gated area.
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a patio, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi.
