The staff is very friendly and responsive. We needed some help after check in and they fulfilled all quickly and in a friendly manner. The room was clean. There is no fan. A/C was good but a fan in the sitting area would be good. The bathroom was clean but old looking. The hotel is in a nice neighborhood and it was peaceful and safe. I stayed there with my family for the world cup match. The stadium was very near. We had a peaceful stay and its very value for the money

All I will say is read the reviews on this place as they are 1000% true. It looks like it’s abandoned from the outside to the lobby to the rooms. The “management” is zero help. Hotels.com is zero help. Don’t expect anything but disappointment and disgust.

This Inn SHOULD NOT be affiliated with Hotels.com! The lack of maintenance at this property is horrific and needs city citations in order for something to be done!

This was the worst hotel I've ever seen, we checked into the hotel and the guy in the office was RUDE and very unhelpful!! The room was awful, no TV in the room, AC didn’t work and the place was filthy!! My mom and I went to dinner and as soon as we got back to the room I was done, we packed up and found a better place to stay. I'm gonna contact hotels.com to try and get my money back!! This hotel needs to be removed from the website!!

No TV, sink was falling off of the wall. There were dust bunnies THICK on the ceiling above the bed where the AC blew air. The walls had cracks in them and the flooring was a laminate that had come apart and was peeling from the edges. The tub was stained a deep yellow and was chipping paint. DISGUSTED and checked out immediately after checking in.

Absolutely horrific experience. Within minutes of arriving, we were already searching for another hotel. The entire property felt neglected, unsafe, and rundown from the moment we pulled in. There were sketchy individuals lingering around the exterior, the hallways had a foul odor, and the room itself was disgusting. The floor was dirty, there was a strange, lingering smell coming from the water, and to make matters worse, we found cockroaches in the room. At that point, any confidence we had in the cleanliness of the hotel completely disappeared. The bedding and furniture looked questionable, and we did not feel comfortable spending the night there. This was, without question, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The condition of the property is unacceptable, and the photos online are incredibly misleading compared to reality. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and concern for your health—stay literally anywhere else.
