Arrived at 9:15 pm and they charged a higher pet fee than what was posted online. We got to room and discovered refrigerator was broken but front desk replaced it quickly. The next day our remote was not working. Took it to desk and they gave us another one. Got back to room and found it had no batteries. I had to go back to desk and get batteries. Then we noticed the towel bar in the bathroom was falling out the wall. We pushed it back in and took all the towels off. The next night, it got cold and our heater wasn’t working. Also there were homeless people parked behind hotel by back entrance which is the easiest entrance by elevator for my disabled husband. Made me very uncomfortable going in and out with them parked right there. We have stayed 4 or 5x in the past 2 years. I used to love staying here but I am definitely rethinking my choices. So disappointed this trip.

I gave 2 stars because our room had a mildew smell and when looking for the cause we found a spot in the bathroom over the tub where the room above us leaked water and it came through. It wasn’t treated so it caused mold spores and a potent mildew smell. Also, the front desk staff were very rude and far from friendly.

It was very clean with a nice room and the place smelt very clean. Friendly staff. Great little breakfast bar. Although i didn’t swim it had a nice indoor pool and gym. The area felt safe and a very quiet atmosphere. All in all it’s a great place to stay
