Double Booked!
First of all we booked this 7 months in advance. All plans were made to be walking distance to everything we needed for the short weekend planned. We get emails from the property manager everything's cool everything's paid for. We get to the property unloaded ready to settle in and head to the show when another party arrives to check in also. That's when our weekend went into a downward spiral. Apparently the property owner knew nothing about us and deferred to the property manager which was ironically named evolve. From there it only got worse evolved with no help at all relocating for just the evening. At this point of course we're already late for planned festivities and looking for hotels to stay at because there was no way to find another house close to the venue on such short notice. VRBO did tell us our hotel stay was covered for the evening but the rest of the weekend was up in the air. From there I can tell you there were no good options on short notice we found a place to stay made the best of it missed several bands we intended to see relocating and finding accommodations. The management company called it a calendar error and I can assure you with 7 months notice that's not what it should be called. I remain unsettled on the extra costs for the weekend and Shook on the idea of actually booking another place. I certainly wouldn't do any business with evolve after how we were treated.
