This host has terrible command. It was the day before we were to check in and I had no check in information. I called the host around 10 pm and was told not to worry and that I was in good hands. I was indeed not in good hands. The next day comes and still no check in information. Customer service said they reached them and was told they’d send it shortly. They did not send it shortly. I got on my flight and when I landed, I still had no information. Called customer service again and the host finally sent it almost two hours after the scheduled check in which was supposed to be 4pm. The place was ok. It was nice but it had its problems. More than a few things were broken, but we were just happy to finally be in the house. We left the house for a few hours and came back to discover that someone had been inside while we were gone. We were gaslit and told there was no one in the house. That their cameras had no one entering the house. Well all of the doors were closed when we came into the house (we left them open when we left) , the floors appeared vacuumed. The toilet seat in the master was up….I’m a girl and the only one to use it at that point. The kitchen window was open. Next morning woke up to a roach in the bathroom. Then the day before check out I had no information to leave. I messaged them and nothing. Was told they’d sent it “shortly” by customer service. They didn’t. Never got it and had to leave for our flight. Save yourself the frustration. It’s not worth it.
