I usually don’t meet my guests due to self check-in, but I am only a message or phone call away.

Brand new safe and gated community with 2 small parks & a large soccer field next door.

Why book with us? These are our benefits:

1. We promote a Holistic & non toxic environment with air/water purifiers/filtration.
2. We follow a strict cleaning protocol. All our bedrooms have waterproof mattress & pillow protectors.
3. Vitamin C shower heads with pressure boost.
4. Unlimited sauna, hot tub, ice bath, cold plunge for $75
- Please no shoes/food/beverages in bedrooms or upstairs areas to ensure a clean space for yourselves & future guests.

- A cleaning fee of $300will apply if there is a house party or event that requires deep or additional cleaning including excess trash. Garbage truck only takes whats inside the trash bin on Friday mornings at 7am. If we have to make personal or additional trips to get rid of the excess trash the fee will apply.

🚭 No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home. This includes tobacco, marijuana, incense, candles, or any item that produces smoke or strong odors. Violation may result in an additional $200 cleaning/ozone fee.

- Please keep thermostat temperature between 68-74 degrees farenheit whether it’s on cool or heat to avoid freezing or messing up the hvac system.

- Trash day is Tuesdays & Fridays. The HOA does not allow us to put out the trash any earlier than 7pm the evening before. If your reservation happens to fall during these days please roll out the trash & recycle bin in the garage to the curbside the evening before for pickup then place back in garage after pick up before end of day.

- Unlimited sauna, hot tub, ice bath/cold plunge for $50.
