The space is illuminated throughout the day by beautiful natural light bouncing off of the glass surfaces. The living room includes a large and comfortable sectional sofa, an electric fireplace, a stylish dining table and a huge 86” 4K smart TV. The TV is equipped with access to all streaming services and Xfinity Stream for live TV. The large modular sectional sofa is enhanced with a smooth back adjusting mechanism for customizable seat depth, making it perfect for relaxing/sleeping. Our beautiful, open kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and is complete with stainless steel appliances, an electric stove, refrigerator/freezer, wine cooler, microwave, dishwasher, blender, garbage disposal, coffee maker, and toaster, wine glasses, margarita glasses, shot glasses and all needed cooking and dining ware. Enjoy and entertain groups with the bar area! It also includes access to the second floor balcony and a half bath.

Bedrooms
This home has 4 comfortable bedrooms, all including memory foam mattresses! All bedrooms come with ultra 4K smart TVs with access to all streaming platforms.

The master bedroom (third floor) features a beautiful King Size Canopy Bed. The peaceful attached master bathroom includes a jetted bath tub, a walk-in shower, and a large walk in closet!

Bedroom 2 (third floor) features a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Bedroom 3 (1st floor) is on the ground floor and is it’s own suite! It has a queen bed with an attached bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and also has access to the backyard patio.

Bedroom 4 (fourth floor) features a bunk bed with both beds being full size. It also features a workspace equipped with a large glass desk and a gaming monitor that you can connect any gaming console to!

Arcade Area
Outside of the fourth floor bedroom is an arcade area that includes the Pac-Man 12-in-1 Legacy Addition arcade machine and the Street Fighter 2 12-in1 Big Blue edition arcade machine.

Rooftop Deck
When you make your way to the top of the house, you will discover the true gem of the home. The rooftop deck includes a beautiful Houston inspired mural with beautiful downtown Houston skyline views in the background. It also includes a seating area and large Connect 4 game!
